The article presents the results of the study of bone regenerate mineralization at different stages of reparative osteogenesis under stimulation by ultraphonophoresis with hyaluronic acid. The experiment was conducted on 48-yearold rabbits. The study found that ultraphonophoresis with hyaluronic acid has a beneficial effect on the process of bone mineralization in the healing of mandible fracture. The mechanism of this therapeutic action is to inhibit proteolytic processes in bone tissue, including hydrolytic decomposition of collagen, which is the matrix for the crystals of oxyapatite. Given the high rate of excretion of unsulfated glycosaminoglycans from the bloodstream, their local introduction into the body directly to the lesion with the help of ultraphonophoresis is the most effective way of delivery.
