Detoxification process of patients with obstructive jaundice of various genesis

The aim of the study was to improve the results of treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice.

A new method of detoxification of patients, ta-king into account all the measures required to determine the exact amount of injectable solutions amid of bile passage restoration. Volume of infusion therapy was directly dependent on the osmolarity of plasma, bilirubin and body weight. Comparative evaluation of the results of treatment of patients with obstructive jaundice showed the advantage of the treatment using algorithm and a new method of detoxification of patients with obstructive jaundice of various origins.
