Features of vaginal microflora in patients with chronic endometriti

[Original research] [Obstetrios and gynecology]
Yulia Anatolyevna Lyzikova;

The objectives was to identify the markers of vaginal dysbiosis in patients with chronic endometritis to optimize the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The analytic sample included 340 patients of reproductive age, among whom the chronic endometritis was diagnosed in 230 (67.65 %) cases, and they was included in the study group. The comparison group consisted of 110 (32.35 %) patients whithout endometritis. Diagnostics of the vaginal biocenosis was carried out by the molecular genetic method. It was found that patients with chronic endometritis characterized by the following features of the vaginal microflora: a decrease in the level of lactobacilli ≤7.9 Lg g. e., total bacterial contamination of the vagina≥8.1 Lg g. e., the level of Candida spp. ≥3.5 Lg g. e., level of Dialister spp. + Veilonella spp. + Megasphaera spp. ≥5.4 Lg g. e. The revealed features necessitate the use of molecular genetic studies for the diagnosis and correction of dysbiotic changes, associated with chronic endometrial inflammation.
