Nasopharyng microbiosenoses of chronic infection staphilococcy genesis and their bioregulation

[Original research] [Experimental medicine]
Svetlana Kalinichenko;

The current WHO antimicrobial treatment strategy is aimed at developing new-generation immunobiological preparations, which can include anti-staphylococcal preparations based on bacterial adhesion and representatives of human normal flora. We have conducted studies of experimental samples that contained either native surface antigens (adhesins) of S. aureus, or cells of probiotic strains of Lactobacillus spp., оr a 1:1 combination. In experiments on laboratory animals, the following effectiveness of the obtained samples was determined. Nasal sanitation of rabbits, in which chronic staphylococcal rhinitis was artificially reproduced, with a mixture of adhesins and lactobacilli for 14 days, resulted in the eradication of S. aureus, the recovery of normal nasopharyngeal flora and an increase in the anti-infective resistance of the mucous membranes of the nose of animals.
