This article presents the clinical application of the non-invasive «brain – computer – exohand» interface in combination with nootropic therapy of nicotinoyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid in the rehabilitation treatment of children with spastic forms of cerebral palsy. In 30 patients aged 6 to 17 years with spastic forms of cerebral palsy the effectiveness of the technique in restoring motor functions of the hand, improving the emotional and cognitive sphere has been demonstrated. Thus, the above combined treatment approach can be recommended for implementation in clinical practice.
