The prognostic significance of level fractalkine in children with atopic dermatitis

[Pediatrics]
Liya Pakhnova; Olga Bashkina; Marina Samotrueva; Ekaterina Kasymova;

The following research among children with atopic dermatitis was held: the level of one of the leading chemokines, fractalkine, in the blood serum of various severity levels as well as combined with pathology (atopic dermatitis and responsive pancreatitis).All the patients showed the increased production of fractaline, its level being the index of atopic dermatitis severity level according to the direct correlation dependence principle. Besides it was found that the combination of atopic dermatitis and GIT pathology is accompanied by more significant changes of fractaline level as compared to the factors of atopic monopathology, which is indicative of systemic inflammatory reaction.
