Intraoperative diagnostics of intestines vitality under conditions of different variations of children ’s intestines obstructions

The study aim was to improve the results of treatment of patients who have different variations of acute intestines obstruction by means of objective intraoperative diagnosis of intestines vitality by the prosedure that we have involved. In the clinic of surgery for children 156 patients had acute intentional obstruction. All the patients were devided into two groups depending on the way of evaluation of intestines vitality. As a result of done research high efficiency of proposed method of evaluation of intestines vitality in comparison to visual subjective evaluation was proved, that made it possible to prune the erea of resection and to make it in the erea of healthy tissue, and to exclude relaparotomy when there are peritoneal complications during postoperatine period, to make the results of treatment of patients with this pathology better, to prevent development of enteral insufficiency.
