The pathophysiological bases of contemporary pharmacotherapy

The pathophysiological aspects of contemporary approaches to the formation of clinical thinking in the area of planning the pharmacotherapeutic technologies are discussed. The role of the knowledge of etiology, pathogenesis, outcomes of diseases in pharmacotherapy planning, taking into account the individual mechanisms of reactivity, evidence based medicine in the prognostication of drugs effects are examined.
