Pathophysiological reactions pulp and the periodontal autotransplanted sheep in the experiment

The article presents the results of the use of the developed tissue-engineering design in regenerative cell therapy of the pulp of the autotransplanted teeth of a sheep in vivo. Histochemical method for monitoring of vital functions of mesenchymal cells after autologous transplantation of teeth showed that the cells retain the ability to produce factors that accelerate the regeneration of dental pulp and periodontal tissues, which is confirmed by the reduction of the period of cell infiltration timing, acceleration of the rate of proliferation and neoangiogenesis of the pulp vasculature.
