Proffecional skills modelling at economical management sphere of healthcare organisations

Efficiency assessment of study of deputy directors and specialists of healthcare organisations, at financial and economics functions, was made by A. Parinova methods. It represents the common modification of two methods: investment assessment efficiency at staff tuition of Jack Phillips and four-level model of Donald Kirkpatrik. In the light of short time interval after the end of the study the efficiency assessment was made at three steps: reaction, assimilated knowledge and skills, behaviour changing. Monitoring test materials were used for each step analysis in the form of reaction sheets, questionnaires and final projects analysis. The results showed that all learners (economical managers) have a positive reaction for learning process; 72 % are ready for making self-strategic plan of the efficient use of resources by Strategic Action Plan (StrAP); 85 % have a clear vision about how to realise the Plan at the nearest two years.
