The аnalysis of complications in puncture -draining low-invasive surgery

The article presented the analysis of the puncture- draining low invasive surgery complications to elaborate the optimal treatment approach. The results of treatment of 296 patients in the period 2007–2012 were analyzed. In 214 (72,3 %) cases US-guided percutaneous transhepatic cholecystostomy have been performed, in 27 (9,1 %) cases – drainage of abdominal abscess and in 55 (18,6 %) cases – drainage of omental bursa. As a result complications occurred in 37 (12,5 %) cases. Severe complications were observed in 7,4 % of cases. Personalized treatment program allows to prevent urgent surgical intervention in most cases of severe complications/Easy complications do not influence significantly treatment approach and duration of hospital treatment.
