The article contains the results of diagnosis and treatment of 69 patients with cystic clinical and morphological type of chronic pancreatitis. Cyst puncture under radiation navigation was performed in 15.9 % of cases; external drainage under video laparoscopic navigation – in 7.2 %; cystoenterostomy in the laparoscopic version was performed in 4.3 %; anastomosis between the cyst and duodenum on a «skeleton» drainage in the laparoscopic version – in 4.3 %; RHPG, EPST, virsungotomy, dilation of duct stricture with stent installation in the lumen of the cyst – in 2.8 %; endoscopic gastrocystostomy with stenting – in 7.3 %; Ombredan operation – in 4.3 %; laparotomy, external drainage of the cyst – in 7.2 % of cases; Frey operation – in 2.8 %; laparotomy, ligation of the splenic artery cystoeunostomy according to the Ru – in 4.3%; laparotomy, cystoenterostomy on the disabled Ru the loop – in 33.3 % of cases. The sensitivity and overall accuracy of ultrasound was 97.9 % and 96.5 %, respectively, with MRI being 99.3 % and 98.4 %, respectively. The treatment outcomes were considered good in 86.9 % of patients, satisfactory in 8.2 %, whereas the results were viewed as unsatisfactory in 4.9 % of cases.
