Experimental study of circadian rhythms of anxious-phobic status in hypocalcemia under adaptation to changing lighting modes was carried out on 108 white female Wistar rats aged 6 months. Experimental multiparameter TPS assessing test was carried out. Anxiety level was studied under normal light mode and 1, 2 and 3 weeks after changing the illumination mode every 4 hours during the day (10, 14, 18, 22, 2 and 6 hours). Hypoparathyroidism and hypocalcemia contributed to the higher levels of anxiety in comparison with the control group of animals. The data analasis showed that hypoparathyroidism resulted in pathological fear and anxiety increase with decreased motor activity and violation of the rats’ emotional state.
