Macroscopic changes of the organs with the application of a niosomal form of antitumor medicine in experiment

We studied macroscopic changes in the organs when using the niosomal form of N-hydroxy-2-(2 (naphthalen-2-yl)-1H-indol-3-yl)-2-phenylacetamide in accordance with regulatory documents and regulatory standards. According to the results of in vivo studies, it was established that the substance N-hydroxy-2-(2-(naphthalen 2-yl)-1H-indol-3-yl)-2-phenylacetamide has low cytotoxicity with respect to healthy tissues. With high doses of the drug, the cause of death of the animal was toxic cardiomyopathy, which caused acute heart failure.
