Features of the heart subepicardial arterial bed in health and pathology

We studied arterial subepicardial beds of 12 hearts and 15 lifetime coronary angiographies. Morphofunctional parameters of coronary bed of the elderly people with right coronary branch of the coronary arteries were defined in the absence of circulatory disorders in the system of the coronary arteries and with myocardial infarction.

The represented structural and functional organization of subepicardial arterial bed of the heart in norm and at myocardial infarction characterizes vascularization features of different topographic parts of the organ.
