Муковисцидоз-ассоциированный сахарный диабет

Муковисцидоз (МВ) – распространённое наследственное мультисистемное заболевание, которое в настоящее время превратилось из фатального заболевания детского возраста в хроническую патологию у взрослых. Увеличение продолжительности жизни пациентов с МВ требует особого ведения в вопросах профилактики, своевременной диагностики и лечения осложнений. Одним из наиболее частых осложнений МВ является сахарный диабет (СД). К настоящему времени продемонстрирована роль нарушений углеводного обмена в прогнозе и течении МВ.
