Reflectance confocal microscopy of skin in the diagnostics of the mycosis fungoides: an example of the comparison with pathomorphological criteria of the diagnostics

The article discusses the problem of diagnostics of early stages of mycosis fungoides in the practice of dermatologist. The authors compare the results of reflectance confocal microscopy of skin and pathomorphological studies of skin biopsy specimens in 25 patients with mycosis fungoides conducted by two independent experts. The obtained experience of the diagnostics is illustrated by a clinical example.
