A clinical case of late diagnosis of Wilson – Konovalov disease at the stage of liver cirrhosis in a 21-year-old pregnant woman is presented. The disease manifested with symptoms of hepatocellular insufficiency in the III trimester of pregnancy. Despite premature complicated delivery, the pregnancy had a favorable outcome.
