The aim of the study was to evaluate the state of the autonomic nervous system in women with connective tissue dysplasia. To analyze the prognostic value of cardiac autonomic neuropathy 105 women aged from 19 to 32 years were examined. It has been established that cardiac autonomic neuropathy is a common and prognostically important complication of connective tissue dysplasia, and may also have independent significance as a risk factor for sudden and untimely death.
