A retrospective analysis of outpatient records of 16,029 boys (age: 0–18 y.o.) residing in the City of Cherkessk (time range: 2020–2025) helped identify four patients with acquired cryptorchidism. The interval between the last documented normal testicular position and the diagnosis of acquired cryptorchidism ranged from two to four years. In three cases, the pathology was right-sided, one case being left-sided. 50 % of the patients had the diagnosis of retractile testis (pseudocryptorchidism) set on the same side one year prior to the diagnosis. The developed algorithm serves as an effective method for identifying boys with primary acquired cryptorchidism.
