The study implied a prospective observational study involving 65 patients featuring innate immune defects. 87.7 % of the children had severe episodes of infections, while 53.8 % had somatic diseases with multiple organ damage. 38.5 % of the children received replacement therapy, with another 20 % given hematopoietic cell transplantation. Compared to healthy respondents, patients with primary immunodeficiencies were found to have a statistically significant decrease in the overall life-quality score, as well as in the scores reflecting their physical, emotional, social well-being, and academic performance.
