The article offers a clinical case presentation involving the treatment of a patient featuring symptoms of primary multiple metachronous cancer affecting the patient’s breast, and ovaries, associated with the BRCA1c5382insC mutation. From 2007 to 2023, the patient underwent comprehensive treatment, which included surgical, antitumor, and radiotherapy of various modes and targeted therapy with PARP inhibitors. The obtained data reveal the importance of identifying the genetic reason behind tumor growth when dealing with oncological cases.
