Hypersensitive pneumonitis (GP) is a rather rare and difficult to diagnose interstitial lung disease that combines a complex of pulmonary syndromes. Primary care physicians are insufficiently informed about this nosological form. The clinical case of late diagnosis of HP with the formation of pulmonary fibrosis and refractoriness to anti-inflammatory therapy by systemic glucocorticostroids is presented. Diagnosis verification was based on histological examination of lung cryobioptate. One of the most important steps in the diagnosis of HP is a detailed analysis of professional and domestic factors affecting the patient.
