Experience of organ-saving treatment of local advanced skin cancer of the external nose using various types of plasty

Two cases of reconstructive operations for basal cell carcinoma of the nose are presented. Surgical treatment was carried out in the volume of a wide excision of the tumor under microscopic control, which ensured maximum purity of the resection edges, and reconstructive plastic surgery was implemented by closing the defect with a displaced flap with a vascular pedicle with the greatest potential for regeneration. The described tactics made it possible to preserve the natural contours of the face, the functions of facial muscles in order to maximize the social adaptation of the patient after treatment.
