Cytotoxicity, proliferative activity and the dynamics of the number of cell cultures were evaluated using experimental gel samples from the pericardium of cattle and the submucosa of the small intestine of pigs. The samples do not have cytotoxicity, do not interfere with mitotic activity and the increase in the number of human bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells. The obtained data provide a basis for conducting in vivo studies of the products effectiveness and safety on laboratory animals.
