A comprehensive examination was carried out with the study of the levels of serum autoantibodies to the S-100 protein and to dopamine receptors of type 2 in patients with chronic brain ischemia of stage I and II, with varying degrees of severity of cognitive disorders. Statistically significant increases in the level of autoantibodies to the S-100 protein and type 2 dopamine receptors were found in the group of patients with stage II chronic brain ischemia. The possible role of the studied autoantibodies in the pathogenesis of chronic cerebrovascular pathology was determined, and the relationship with cognitive disorders was shown.
