Lofgren’s syndrome without erythema nodosum. Case report

Sarcoidosis is a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, characterized by the formation of non-caseifying granulomas, multisystem damage to various organs. Lofgren’s syndrome is a variant of the acute onset of sarcoidosis, manifested by bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, erythema nodosum, acute arthritis, fever. The article presents the case report of Logren’s syndrome without manifestation of erythema nodosum in a 46-year-old woman.
