The article describes the clinical case of myocardial infarction in a 28-year-old woman with multiple cardiovascular risk factors: obesity, arterial hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypoestrogenia, subclinical hypothyroidism. The development of a large-focal myocardial infarction of the inferior wall of the left ventricle required stenting of occluded right coronary artery. The frequent occurrence of myocardial infarction as the first manifestation of coronary heart disease at a young age dictates the need for mandatory registration of an electrocardiogram in typical and atypical chest pain, as well as a thorough assessment of the individual cardiovascular risk of the young patient.
