Optimization of management tactics for patients with heel bone injury attracts attention due to the high risk of purulentnecrotic and other complications during surgical treatment of these injuries. The study analyzes the parameters that, to varying degrees, affect operational risks, as well as options for their combination with the development of a mathematical predictive model. Application of the developed treatment protocol allows obtaining good treatment results and reducing the number of complications to 4.8 %.
