Прижизненное органное донорство: тенденции развития

В период обсуждения в нашей стране проекта нового закона, регулирующего донорство и трансплантацию органов человека, авторами с целью выявления мировых тенденций регулирования прижизненного органного донорства проведен анализ нормативных актов и литературных источников по данной тематике. Установлено, что за последние четверть века произошло существенное изменение отношения к оценке риска, связанного с принятием столь сложного решения донором органа. Кроме того, в странах, где активно развиваются программы пересадки органов, был осуществлен переход от обязательной генетической связи между донором и реципиентом к принципиально другим формам взаимоотношений между ними. В России за этот же период законодательство лишь наметило переход от генетического к родственному органному донорству, что, безусловно, отстает от международных норм и обусловливает необходимость длительной активной работы по пропаганде гуманности органного донорства.
