Возможности лучевой визуализации при остром аппендиците

Острый аппендицит является одним из основных показаний к оперативному лечению неотложной абдоминальной хирургии, что предъявляет особые требования к его своевременной и точной диагностике. Современные методы лучевой визуализации, к которым относятся ультразвуковое исследование, рентгеновская компьютерная и магнитно-резонансная томографии, являются методами выбора в диагностике острого аппендицита как в изолированном варианте использования, так и при сочетании их технологических возможностей в сложных клинических случаях. Наиболее оправданным, со всех точек зрения, следует признать принцип широкого использования методов лучевой визуализации при подозрении на острый аппендицит у особых категорий пациентов, имеющих ограничения к применению метода прямой визуализации брюшной полости.
