Онтогенетические аспекты центральных слуховых расстройств

Центральные слуховые расстройства (ЦСР), как изолированные, так и сочетающиеся с кохлеарной патологией, достаточно часто встречаются у людей разного возраста. Даже при нормальном восприятии простых звуков пациентам с ЦСР трудно распознавать более сложную звуковую информацию (речь в шуме, в ускоренном темпе, в условиях реверберации и т. д.), что влияет на качество жизни и социальные функции. Среди предрасполагающих факторов для развития ЦСР рассматриваются задержка или патологический характер созревания структур центральной нервной системы в процессе онтогенеза.
