Клинико-диагностические аспекты краниоцервикальной «хлыстовой» травмы, сочетающейся с черепно-мозговой травмой

Представлены современные аспекты диагностики и клинического ведения краниоцервикальной («хлыстовой») травмы, сочетающейся с черепно-мозговой травмой. Проведен анализ эпидемиологических, патогенетических и клинических особенностей данного вида травмы с акцентом на трудности своевременного выявления, высокую вариабельность клинической картины и риск хронизации симптомов с использованием баз данных PubMed, eLibrary, Cochrane Library и Medline. Включены публикации за последние 15 лет. Особое внимание уделено проблеме недо статочной стандартизации диагностических критериев и отсутствию унифицированных алгоритмов ведения пациентов с сочетанной травмой. Обобщены современные подходы к визуализационной диагностике (рентгенография, КТ, МРТ) и дифференциальной диагностике, дана критическая оценка существующих классификаций и протоколов лечения. Ведение пациентов с краниоцервикальной травмой, ассоциированной с черепно-мозговой травмой, требует мультидисциплинарного подхода. Необходима разработка стандартизированных диагностических алгоритмов, по вышение клинической настороженности и внедрение доказательных программ реабилитации для оптимизации исходов лечения данной категории пациентов.
