Синдром Гийена – Барре у детей: современный взгляд на проблему

Острые воспалительные полинейропатии, обусловленные аутоиммунным поражением миелиновой оболочки корешков и периферических нервов, представляют серьёзную проблему в педиатрии. Представлен современный взгляд на одну из наиболее тяжёлых форм острой полинейропатии – синдром Гийена – Барре (СГБ) у детей. Изложены современные данные по этиологии, патогенезу, эпидемиологии, классификации, клинической картине, диагностике, лечению и прогнозу СГБ на основании анализа клинических рекомендаций, когортных исследований и метаанализов, опубликованных за последние годы в базах PubMed, MEDLINE и eLibrary. Подчёркивается необходимость раннего распознавания, мультидисциплинарного подхода к терапии и внедрения стандартизированных реа билитационных программ для минимизации остаточного неврологического дефицита и повышения качества жизни детей с СГБ.
