Роль грелина в норме и патологии

Целью обзора является обобщение имеющейся в литературе (2017–2023 гг.) информации, посвящённой роли грелина (Г) в норме и патологии. Использованы базы данных PubMED, РИНЦ. По поисковым словам обнаружено 28536 публикаций. Грелин играет важную роль в регуляции обмена углеводов и липидов, его эффекты проявляются в центральной нервной системе, поджелудочной железе и жировой ткани. Первым открытым эффектом Г было стимулирование высвобождения гормона роста из передней доли гипофиза. В дальнейшем выявлено его влияние на углеводный и жировой обмен, а также противовоспалительный эффект. Уровень Г возрастает накануне приема пищи, а после насыщения – снижается. Г является антагонистом лептина, продуцируемого жировой тканью. Уровень Г повышается при нарушении пищевого поведения и синдроме Прадера – Вилли, при ожирении – снижается. Внимание врача к уровню Г и его рецептору может принести терапевтическую пользу людям с ожирением и нарушением углеводного и липидного обмена.
