Эффективность когнитивно-поведенческой терапии коморбидных тревожных и депрессивных расстройств

Тревожные и депрессивные расстройства высоко коморбидны. Коморбидная депрессия ухудшает клиническое течение, социальное функционирование и качество жизни пациентов с тревожными расстройствами, снижает эффективность лечения. Эффективность когнитивно-бихевиоральной терапии (КБТ) тревожного расстройства на коморбидную ему депрессию сопоставима с эффектом КБТ в отношении изолированной депрессии. Эффективность КБТ тревожногорасстройства вотношении коморбидной депрессии может быть объяснена поведенческой активацией, положительными ожиданиями пациентов от терапии, повышением самооценки, когнитивной реструктуризацией и экспозицией, повышением регуляции эмоций, в том числе контролем тревоги, а также ошибкой измерения. Актуальность вопроса о влиянии КБТ тревожных расстройств на коморбидную депрессивную симптоматику определяется возможным системным своевременным изменением тактики лечения и применением трансдиагностического подхода.
