Е-кадгерин и эпителиальный барьер десны

В аналитическом обзоре освещаются вопросы строения эпителия десны, межклеточных контактов эпителиальных клеток, а также влияние на экспрессию маркера межклеточной адгезии (Е-кадгерин) комплекса экзогенных и эндогенных факторов. Снижение экспрессии молекулы Е-кадгерина приводит к угнетению эпителиального барьера десны и к развитию воспалительно-деструктивных заболеваний пародонта, что определяет важность изучения воздействия экзогенных и эндогенных факторов на изменения в межклеточных контактах эпителиоцитов.
