Новая коронавирусная инфекция (COVID-19) у больных пожилого и старческого возраста

Обзор посвящен особенностям течения новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19) у больных пожилого и старческого возраста. Приводятся данные об эпидемиологии, патогенетических механизмах развития, клинических проявлениях, течении и прогнозе заболевания среди гериатрических пациентов. Показана роль коморбидной патологии в течении и прогнозе новой коронавирусной инфекции у пожилых. Обсуждаются рекомендации лечения больных с акцентом на необходимость соблюдения строгих показаний к назначению антибактериальных препаратов у данной категории пациентов.
