Нарушения функции щитовидной железы и гестационный сахарный диабет. Есть ли взаимосвязь?

Гестационный сахарный диабет (ГСД) является одной из наиболее частых патологий, сопровождающих беременность, и ассоциирован с рядом краткосрочных и долгосрочных осложнений для матери и потомства. Нарушения функции щитовидной железы распространены у женщин репродуктивного возраста, в связи с чем имеют довольно высокую частоту встречаемости среди беременных, в ряде случаев сопровождая ГСД. Гипотеза о влиянии гипо- и ипертиреоза на возникновение нарушений углеводного обмена во время беременности легла в основу многочисленных исследований, результаты которых и отражены в этом обзоре. Однако для того, чтобы выделить патологию щитовидной железы и наличие тиреоидных аутоантител в дополнительные факторы риска ГСД и, как результат, проводить повсеместный скрининг у беременных женщин, необходимы результаты исследований, подтверждающих целесообразность подобных мероприятий.
