Особенности нормативно-правового регулирования оказания онкологической помощи детям в России и за рубежом

Обзор посвящен сравнительному анализу нормативно-правового регулирования онкологической помощи детям в Российской Федерации и за рубежом. Несмотря на то что за последнее десятилетие многие проблемы оказания онкологической помощи детям в России получили нормативно-правовое регулирование, требуют дополнительной регламентации вопросы ведения специализированных раковых регистров, совершенствование организации лечения и реабилитационно-восстановительной помощи для детей, перенесших онкологическое заболевание. Необходимыми условиями, определяющими успех в преодолении роста показателей детской смертности от злокачественных новообразований выступают разработка эффективной национальной стратегии по борьбе с онкологическими заболеваниями у детей, решение вопросов кадрового обеспечения в детской онкологии, увеличение числа реабилитационных центров для детей с онкологической патологией, а также повышение мотивации родителей к прохождению их детьми профилактических осмотров.
