Проблема демаркации системных эффектов и сопутствующих заболеваний у пациентов с хронической обструктивной болезнью легких

Хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких характеризуется наличием легочных и системных симптомов. К последним относят: сердечно-сосудистую патологию, эритроцитоз или анемию, снижение массы тела и др. В основе патогенеза ХОБЛ лежит нейрогуморальная дисрегуляция, хроническая гипоксемия и воспаление. Дисфункция ренин-ангиотензинальдостероновой системы определяет развитие артериальной гипертензии, лево- и правожелудочковой недостаточности, изменений гематокрита. Имеется патогенетическая взаимосвязь между рядом описанных выше системных эффектов ХОБЛ, и в некоторых случаях необходимо отличать коморбидную патологию от симптомов одного заболевания.
