The materials of the article contain data on the development of a model of osteoporosis in experimental animals, followed by a detailed description of the immune response of periodontal tissues 90 and 180 days after the beginning of the model formation. The results of the study showed that the decrease in the number of EC cells in combination with an increase in the T-cell population (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+) reflects an enhanced immune response in conditions of increased antigenic load in osteoporosis. At the same time, the quantitative indicators of B cells, as shown by the studies, remain unchanged.
