Morphometric parameters of reparative regeneration of the bone tissue in terms of medicinal phonophoresis with hydrocortisone and hyaluronic acid

The article presents the results of the study of bone regenerate mineralization at different stages of reparative osteogenesis under stimulation by ultraphonophoresis with hydrocortisone and hyaluronic acid. The experiment was conducted on 54-year-old rabbits. The study found the predominant stimulating effect of ultraphonophoresis with hyaluronic acid on reparative bone tissue regeneration, which was clearly manifested during the period of proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic cellular elements (20 days) and at the stage of formation of the primary osteon with the formation of angiogenic bone structure (within 30 days) compared with ultraphonophoresis with hydrocortisone, where the greatest effect was noted at the stage of callus, when lamellar bone tissue was formed (in a period of 60–120 days).
