On the question about the features of the organization of heart coronary bed

Subepicardial branchings of the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery were studied in 45 lifetime coronaroangiograms as well as 35 hearts of elderly people with different variants of branching of the coronary arteries in norm. A comparative characteristic of the values of the proportion of the total longitudinal section of the arterial bed in the total area of the blood supply area of the heart and the distance between arterial branches in elderly people without disturbing the coronary blood flow with the left, right, and uniform variants of coronary branching is presented.
