The effect of transdermal sedative gel on the psycho-physiological state of experimental animals was studied. On the models «open field», «conditional reaction of passive avoidance», «elevated plus-maze», «extrapolation disposal», «forced swimming» revealed sedative and anti-stress effects of a transdermal gel with a pronounced effect on locomotor activity.
