Visual-biophysical diagnostics of asymmetric hypertrophy of myocardium of the left ventricle at the heart connective tissue displasia

[Original research] [Internal diseases]
Viktor Yakovlev; Alexandr Yagoda; Sergey Gusev;

Genetically determined intratissural asymmetry at dysplasia of connective tissue of the heart influences the degree of marked formation of isolating margins between muscular bands which leads to reinforcement of natural asynchronic activation and irregular or fragmental conductivity of excitation impulse.

Impairment of geometry of the left ventricle at hereditary dysplasia of connective tissue of the heart, as a rule, precedes the diastolic dysfunction, reducing the outcome fraction, damage of intracardiac and general hemodynamics. Remodeling is connected with impairment of the left ventricle’s geometry, which results in «false» chordae in atria and ventricles; in damage of biological development of valvular and supravalvular structures of the heart.
