Influence of new pyrimidine BL0 and BL2 derivatives on the lo west limit of autoregulation of cerebral haemodynamics and the endothelium vasodilatation function in case of rats brain ischemia

The lowest autoregulation limit was considered to be the point of «failure» of autoregulation mechanisms in which, at the decrease of systemic arterial pressure, sharp falling of the cerebral blood flow rate, more than 50 % was observed. Reactivity of vessels was estimated according to the vasodilatation reaction to intravenous administration of Acetylcholine – the modulator of endogenic nitrogen oxide and vasoconstriction to the administration of L-NAME – NO synthase inhibitor. The results of the experiment showed that the new BL2 pyrimidine derivative at the background of the brain ischemia caused by the bilateral occlusion of cephalic arteries displaces the point of autoregulation «failure» to lower indicators of the systemic ABP and restores the reactivity of vessels concerning the groups of negative control to the level of intact animals and doesn’t concede to the compared drug – mexidol.
