Culinary products as a factor of transmission of acute intestinal infections

[Reviews]
Vladimir Novoselov; Viktor Sergevnin;

The review presents the data of Russian scientists and foreign researchers on the role of culinary products (CP) as a factors of transmission of acute intestinal infections (AIF). The epidemiological significance of separate kinds of CP as well as the role of various sanitary violations in emergence of AIF have been considered in the review. The authors focused on
the priorities of further investigations for study of peculiarities of CP microbial contamination for most effective prophylactic measures against AIF transmission.
