Morphometric indices of the width of the dental arches of the upper jaw of the mesocranial skull type were investigated. The work is performed on 144 skull preparations of people of both sexes of mature age with physiological occlusion of teeth. The width of the dental arch was measured between canines, premolars and molars. The minimum and maximum confidence limits of the parameters of the width of the dental arches and the parameters of the facial part of the skull are determined. The range of these boundaries is established. The obtained data showed the interrelation of the width of the dental arches of persons of mature age with the parameters of the facial part of the skull. However, gender differences were weakly expressed.
