Integral hematological parameters, cellular and humoral immunity in patients with obstructive jaundice of different degree

The cellular and humoral immunity was studied in 92 patients with benign mechanical jaundice, divided into three groups, according to the jaundice severity. In patients with obstructive jaundice there were changes in the quantitative composition of leukocytes and CD-subpopulation structure of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The degree of changes
depended on the severity of mechanical jaundice, which indicates the formation of the secondary structural and functional immunodeficiency of the cellular and humoral components. Deviations of the quantitative composition of leukocytes and lymphocytes CD-subpopulation structure make adjustments in the assessment of the patient with mechanical jaundice and require correction.
